**Job Description** Administration and development of the Salesforce platform within the Group, including: * Configuration of new environments (e.g.: Opportunity, Lead record types, etc.); * Development of automation processes and custom objects; * Management of users, permissions, profiles, and flows; * Integration of the CRM platform with ERP and DMS systems. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proven professional experience in Salesforce administration and development; * Advanced configuration skills: layouts, validations, flows, automations, custom objects; * Experience with system integrations via API (REST/SOAP), middleware, or solutions such as MuleSoft; * Ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirements gathering and testing; * Educational background: High school diploma with IT-related training, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or the certifications listed below; * Proficiency in English (spoken and written); * Residence in the Greater Porto area. **VALUED CERTIFICATIONS:** * Salesforce Certified Administrator; * Salesforce Platform App Builder; * Salesforce Platform Developer I; * Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer.
