Job Description: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Amarante. This role involves supervising and motivating employees in carrying out their tasks, aiming to achieve set objectives, demonstrating work processes, and setting an example regarding maintaining high-quality standards. The professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring quality, costs, and delivery deadlines; * Organizing the work of their team (Who, what, when, where) according to the production plan defined by the schedule; * Monitoring productivity, quality, and execution time indicators in relation to the objectives set by the assembly manager. Identifying and analyzing deviation causes; * Monitoring the implementation of agreed solutions; * Communicating as quickly as possible to the planning and assembly manager any event that prevents objectives from being met; * Ensuring that machines, equipment, and tools are in good working condition, relying on maintenance and technical support for processes and tools; * Ensuring TPM execution according to established procedures and plans; * Problem solving, proposing and implementing improvements; * Ensuring staff training: identifying training needs, planning training by delegating to instructors or requesting technicians, for new employees on their lines; * Monitoring compliance with standards (QES, MOP, etc.); * Ensuring workplace safety and promoting its culture; * Performing defined quality control, allowing finished products to be released to the next process. This is a full-time position requiring daily presence at the facilities. Job Requirements: * Higher academic education in the industrial sector; * Good knowledge of the English language; * Emotional intelligence; * Previous experience, as well as technical knowledge in similar roles; * Strong motivational ability; * Good interpersonal skills; * Strong decision-making ability. * Availability: \- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM \- Monday to Thursday; \- 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM to 10:00 PM \- Fridays.
