Specializing in comprehensive data assessments, this team ensures unmatched data governance, compliance, and quality. Our team maps the entire cloud-based data journey—from raw data to actionable insights—delivering customized data products. With AI solutions spanning business insights to forecasting, and deep cloud management expertise, we ensure enterprises fully unlock the potential of their data. **About the Role** * Translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements * Facilitate communication among operational, business, and technology teams * Support identification, framing, and prioritization of use cases * Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions * Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives * Support definition of metrics, KPIs, and success criteria * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and optimization * Support definition of priorities and functional roadmaps for initiatives * Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML teams * Support adoption processes and alignment with stakeholders **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Strong communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities * Ability to simultaneously understand operational, analytical, and technological contexts * Prior experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives * Facilitation, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder management skills * Collaborative mindset, value-driven delivery focus, and solution adoption orientation **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading Iberian Peninsula-based consultancy and technology services company with over 30 years of experience.
