Technical development and continuous learning in administrative management. **Payroll Technician – Lisbon (Maternity Leave Coverage)** We are recruiting a Payroll Technician to join a project in a banking environment, covering a maternity leave. We seek a rigorous, reliable professional with a strong focus on efficiency in Human Resources administrative processes. **Responsibilities** * Contract management, payroll processing, compensation and benefits; * Updating employee documentation in systems and individual files; * Absence, vacation, and overtime control, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * Ensuring fulfillment of all legal obligations; * Monthly payroll processing, including calculations, validations, and preparation of reports for accounting; * Supporting resolution of payroll processing and administrative management issues. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; * 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of labor legislation, particularly the Labor Code (preferred); * Strong communication skills and empathy; * High level of organization, planning, and deadline adherence; * Analytical and critical thinking, with attention to detail; * Proactive, responsible profile with willingness to learn; * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Conditions** * Fixed-term contract for maternity leave coverage; * Competitive base salary aligned with demonstrated experience, plus meal allowance; * Flexible working hours, promoting work–life balance; * Opportunity for technical development and continuous learning in a critical area of administrative management.
