In this engaging role, you will provide essential support for Learning \& Development activities, focusing on the operational aspects and monitoring of both internal and external training. Imagine gaining hands\-on experience in people development processes within a corporate and international environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines while contributing to the growth and development of our talented workforce. **How You’ll Make an Impact** As a key member of the Learning \& Development team, you will assist with a variety of impactful activities, including: * Assisting in identifying training needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. * Supporting the administrative management of training by creating and maintaining training records. * Monitoring onboarding processes and mandatory training to ensure accurate recording and compliance. * Supporting the tracking of training metrics such as training hours and attendance rates. * Providing support for internal communications regarding training and development initiatives. * Assisting with processes related to learning platforms (e.g., LMS) to enhance training delivery. **What You Bring** To thrive in this role, you should possess: * An academic degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field. * A keen interest in Training, Development, and Learning. * Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and precision. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Good command of English, both spoken and written. **About the Team** At Siemens Energy, we prioritize learning and training to empower our employees.
