Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2\.5 billion euros in 2023\. **Job Description** Application Support (Linux \& OpenShift) We are looking for an **Application Support** to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in the **application deployment process** * Ensure **fast, automatic and reliable deployments** in pre\-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments * Solve issues related to **application servers and deployments** * Implement and maintain **deployment automation processes** * Manage and administer **Java application platforms** (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM) * Work with large environments (200\+ servers) across production and non\-production * Manage **incidents, problems and service requests** * Ensure **service availability** and compliance with **SLAs** * Participate in ongoing projects * Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting * Prepare and update **technical documentation and procedures** * Knowledge transfer to public\-sector teams * Participate in control and operations center activities **Qualifications** * Experience (3\+ years) with: **Linux / Unix systems** + **Containers and platforms**: OpenShift, Docker + **Automation tools**: Ansible, Jenkins + **Java\-based application servers** * Scripting knowledge: **Python and Shell Script** * Experience with deployment pipelines and automation * Team player mindset * Portuguese required and English (written and spoken) **Additional Information** * **Location**: Oeiras – Tagus Park * **Hybrid model**: 1–2 days per week * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday * **On\-call duty**: Yes
