Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members We're looking for a **Technical Project Manager** to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, in a hybrid working mode. This role involves managing the successful delivery of technical projects while leveraging a strong technical foundation in programming and solution design. You will play a critical role in reviewing system architecture and ensuring alignment with business objectives while collaborating with cross\-functional teams for effective execution. **Responsibilities** * Oversee end\-to\-end delivery of technical projects within agreed timelines, scope and budgets * Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks and issues * Review and evaluate system architecture for compliance with technical best practices and business goals * Collaborate with development teams to design scalable, efficient and maintainable solutions * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as needed * Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project continuity * Proactively address potential risks and define mitigation strategies * Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA engineers and business stakeholders * Ensure clear communication between technical and non\-technical team members **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or a similar role in software development environments * Strong background in programming and software engineering with hands\-on experience in Java and Spring * Ability to review architecture and contribute to solution design * Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **We offer** * Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills * Variety of projects within one company * Being a part of a project following engineering excellence standards * Individual career path and professional growth opportunities * Internal events and communities * Flexible work hours
