What will you do? * Design, develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with emphasis on Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Entra ID and public key infrastructure (PKI). * Create security architectures and concepts for hybrid and cloud-based identity infrastructures. * Support and advise internal teams on application and service integration within the IAM ecosystem. * Lead and execute migration projects, such as transitioning from AD Federation Services to Entra ID. * Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models. * Technically manage IAM projects and coordinate external vendors. * Ensure continuous, secure and stable operation of the IAM environment. What are we looking for? * Solid experience in architecture, implementation and operation of IAM (Identity & Access Management) solutions; * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, Group Policies, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity and Access Management, DNS and Identity Governance; * Experience in hybrid identity environments and single sign-on (SSO) solutions; * Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell or Bash) – plus; * Fluency in English (mandatory – B2).
