The candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Customer telephone support; * Execute all technical/administrative procedures related to the reservation process; * Promote upselling. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration; * Proven experience in the applied field; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of and ability to operate the hotel system – Host; * Knowledge of foreign languages (English, spoken and written – mandatory); * Good diction and communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Dynamic, responsible, trustworthy, and punctual; * Resilient, proactive, with initiative and team spirit. **Will you join us in being naturally distinctive?
