Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical assistance, implement, install, and support systems, and manage hardware, networks, and Microsoft software. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for career progression **Job Description:** Provide all computer technical assistance services; Resolve all technical assistance issues, either through direct intervention or by forwarding to other departments. Implementation, installation, and support. Management and maintenance of hardware installations, networks, and Microsoft software.
