**Your Mission:**
Responsible for achieving sales objectives within a defined customer base (Gold and Silver), reinforcing relationships and creating new business opportunities. Act as the commercial consultant for local market customers, ensuring execution of trade marketing plans at the point of sale to deliver results and enhance brand visibility. Identify new business opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute commercial activities to achieve sales objectives;
* Understand and apply CCEP’s customer segmentation, implementing trade marketing plans accordingly;
* Implement the defined “Picture of Success” (PICOS) per segment;
* Introduce new SKUs to broaden the portfolio of brands, formats, and packaging at customer locations, aligned with segment and consumption occasion;
* Build sustainable long-term relationships with customers, acting as brand ambassador and reinforcing connections to foster customer loyalty to our products;
* Conduct prospecting activities to expand the customer base within the assigned territory;
* Support distributor sales teams;
* Expedite problem resolution.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 12 years of formal education;
* Sales experience, preferably in FMCG;
* Strong negotiation skills, adapting approach to the customer’s interpersonal style;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Effective management of internal and external interpersonal relationships, fostering solid and collaborative partnerships;
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
* Valid driver’s license (light vehicles) and willingness to travel;
* Good command of English and/or Spanish is an advantage.
