Join the team of RISTORANTE FRE \- 1 MICHELIN STAR for the 2026 season\. Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * During the morning shift, ensuring and/or organizing the setup of the dining room for breakfast and/or lunch, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics; * Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and managing table service; * During the afternoon/evening shift, supporting or substituting the sommelier by preparing drinks and/or wine tastings according to assigned instructions and applied standards; * Dinner service. Work is organized in shifts, with two consecutive days off. An initial fixed-term contract is offered, with concrete opportunities for permanent employment and professional development; employment classification follows the collective labor agreement applicable to the company. This selection is open to both genders, in accordance with Law No. 903/77\. Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications: * Diploma in tourism and hospitality; * At least one year of experience as a dining room commis; * Knowledge of mise en place techniques; * Fluent English language skills; * Well-groomed, aesthetically sensitive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused; * Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently; * Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, preferably holding HACCP certification; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; * Independent transportation to and from the establishment.
