Your mission will be to ensure our unmanned aircraft, designed for diverse applications ranging from security to exploration, are manufactured with excellence and innovation. Here, we don't just design the future—we build it, piece by piece. **What will be your main responsibilities:** * Plan and conduct validation flight activities; * Complete all required documentation in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements; * Perform instructional duties upon request from the Integration Production Manager/Production Director; * Ensure all aircraft issues are reported in the quality system; * Ensure the aircraft reaches the end customer to a high standard and that any issues are properly recorded; Ensure safe conduct of flight operations when performing any role. **Profile and requirements:** * Knowledge of aviation or aeronautics; * A1, A2, and A3 certificates (preferable); * Well-organized, good team spirit, and problem-solving mindset; * Alternative experience in fixed-wing model aircraft flying (aeromodeling); * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2 level competency in both languages. **What we offer you:** * We offer an excellent work environment and the opportunity to make a difference; * Salary commensurate with proven experience level; * Daily transportation from Ponte de Sôr center to Tekever facilities.
