If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Executing assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and production engineer; * Adhering to production task scheduling and meeting defined delivery deadlines; * Maintaining punctuality and respecting entry/exit times, break periods, and task durations; * Keeping facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensuring workplace safety for team members by avoiding risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools; * Completing all documentation related to the production/repair of electronic components; * Ensuring cleanliness and order in your work area before, during, and after performing your tasks; * Maintaining good relations and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Contributing to a proactive, focused, and cohesive environment within your team and across other departments. **Profile and Requirements:** * Professional or TESP qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnics (preferred); * Proven professional experience in diverse tasks such as wiring manufacturing and repair, production and repair of connectors and plugs, soldering operations for electronic components (including SMDs) on PCBs and other components (preferred), and integration of electronic subassemblies; * Familiarity with test/diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters; * Team spirit and strong ability to integrate; * High sense of responsibility and organization; * Problem-solving ability and proactivity; * Language Requirements: proven C2 proficiency in Portuguese and proven A1 proficiency in English. **What We Offer You:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary aligned with proven experience.
