If you're passionate about technology and want to shape the future—TEKEVER is the place for you. **What will be your main responsibilities:** * Configure PCs or towers with specific software; * Maintain records of software versions on each machine and the final destination of machines; * Install and assemble PCs into racks or frames; * Manage PC inventory, including procurement; * Modify / customize rack or frame cutouts; * Provide local and/or remote user support; * Assist in hardware and software system installations; * Analyze and acquire computer equipment; * Support technical problem resolution and troubleshoot network issues; * Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation; * Install, configure, and maintain equipment; * Administer and maintain company and branch infrastructure; * Install, configure, and resolve issues. **Profile and requirements:** * Technical or higher education in the field of computer science; * Proven professional experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of computer networks and systems; * Knowledge of programming, routers, switches, and servers; * Autonomy and ability to solve technical problems; * Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism; * Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2 level competence in both languages. **What we offer you:** * We offer an excellent work environment and the opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience; * Daily transportation from the center of Ponte de Sor.
