Your role will be crucial to the success of this new business venture.** The main focus is direct interaction and closing sales at our *booth*: * Proactively attract customers and visitors to our service comparison *booth*. * Present the value of ComparaJá and how we help consumers save money. * Refer and manage interested customers to our respective internal verticals (Credit, Insurance, etc.). * Conduct energy bill simulations, collect documentation, and close sales (excluding cases where legal text is mandatory). * Conduct engaging dynamics and activities with the public at the *booth*. ### **Profile and Competencies We Are Looking For** We value attitude and results orientation: * Proactivity and strong aptitude for face-to-face outreach and sales. * Strong communication skills and ability to generate immediate empathy. * Resilience and orientation towards achieving sales targets and goals. * Emotional intelligence in managing interactions with the public.
