We are looking for a qualified Security Systems Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems, ensuring their efficient integration with network infrastructures and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge in electronics and computer networks, experience configuring VMS platforms (Milestone, Mobotix, Genetec, among others), and the ability to collaborate with the internal software development team, ensuring compatibility between hardware and technological solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of video surveillance (CCTV), access control, and intrusion alarm systems. * Programming and parameterization of VMS software (Milestone, Genetec, among others). * Diagnosing and resolving faults in electronic equipment and security systems. * Configuration and administration of computer networks for interconnecting security systems. * Implementation of command matrices and integration of different security systems. * Supporting the software development team by providing technical assistance in hardware integration. * Providing customer training and technical support to optimize installed systems. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. * Solid knowledge in electronics. * Solid knowledge in computer networks, switch configuration, VLANs, IPs, and device integration. * Experience configuring VMS platforms (Milestone, Mobotix, Genetec, among others). * Ability to analyze and resolve software and hardware technical issues. * High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of French (an advantage). * Valid driver's license and availability for national and international travel. **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training. * Participation in innovative projects within the electronic security sector. * Necessary tools and equipment for job performance.
