A future we have been defining for years with our employees, by inventing solutions that change the way people work, for a sustainable performance. **IT Transformation** Cegid is starting the transformation of its internal IT / Infrastructure through the modernization and simplification of its technological footprint, the implementation of a new operating model and a new organization driven by service catalogue and globalization, along with the growth and internalization of the whole group. As a Hosting \& Data Pool manager, you will take the full responsibility of a 15\-people international team (including 12 internals), focused on Infrastructure domains, inside Global IS/IT Department of Cegid. IT / infrastructure @ Cegid has started a few months ago a transformation on its technical footprint and on its operating model and organization, going to the next step after 6 years of multiple integrations (30 acquisitions) in France and Iberia / Latin America which have never been completed, leaving a heritage based mostly on legacies. **As a Hosting \& Data Pool Manager you will:** * Develop and implement a strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. * Oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. * Accelerate the implementation of Managed Services to cover some of the level 2 / 3 support activities * Manage the capacity plan of the team, in a context of run \& transformation projects * Following the day\-to\-day activities of the team members, based on priorities that can change along with day to day and transformation * Ensure the continuity of the operations on the different infrastructure domains: incident / request / problem management, monitoring * Guarantee the committed level of services is respected in each of the services of the scope and coach the team on continuous improvements of the services * Manage and coordinate transition plan of the team members who evolve to new global activities * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members on cloud best practices. * Monitor and manage budget of the scope, implementing cost\-saving strategies without compromising performance or security. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance Cegid IT solution capabilities. **À propos de vous** -------------------- * 10\-15 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years as a IT Director / Manager, managing IT infrastructure operations (hosting, network, …) and teams of IT infrastructure engineers / system administrators. * Proven track record of delivering performant IT operations in an international context. * Proven experience as a IT Director / Manager. * Solid experience in dealing with international contexts. * Proven experience of service\-oriented operating models relying on service catalogues, SLA / OLA commitment and piloting. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interact and the speak the language of business like IT technical teams. * Leadership and project management skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Very good English level, written and spoken, * Experience \& knowledge in cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)), on\-prem infrastructure, identity management, API management.
