MHMB, with properties in full expansion, is seeking a Commercial \& Yield Manager to strengthen its team in Lisbon (Lumiar). This role is strategic for revenue management and maximizing occupancy across our properties, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement commercial and Yield Management strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy. Analyze booking data, market trends, and competition, adjusting rates and inventory in real time. Manage and update distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, booking engine, and website). Establish commercial partnerships and manage corporate accounts, groups, and tour operators. Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. Produce performance reports, revenue indicators, and occupancy forecasts. Desired Profile: Proven experience in Revenue Management / Yield Management or commercial roles within the hospitality industry (minimum 2 years). Solid knowledge of channel management (OTAs), PMS, and revenue analysis tools. Strong analytical ability, strategic mindset, and results orientation. Negotiation, communication, and partner relationship skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
