You will apply your expertise in DSP operations and bioprocess simulation tools to design, model, and optimize downstream processes for precision fermentation and microbial cell cultures. Working closely with cross\-functional teams, you will play a key role in developing scalable, cost\-effective workflows that enhance our production efficiency and meet the demands of a dynamic, high\-growth market. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Collaborate with R\&D, process engineering, and production teams to develop and optimize DSP workflows for fermentation\-based production. * Utilize bioprocess simulation tools (e.g., SuperPro Designer, Aspen) to model processes, analyze data, and improve production efficiency. * Design and test DSP strategies, including filtration, chromatography, centrifugation, and other purification techniques, to meet target yields and purities. * Conduct scale\-up studies and simulations to ensure reproducibility and scalability of downstream processes. * Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with DSP methodologies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Stay up\-to\-date with advances in DSP and bioprocess simulation to incorporate the latest methodologies and best practices. **Benefits** ------------ Salary will be proposed considering the candidate's experience.
