**Portuguese Sign Language Specialist – Customer Support (On-site – Lisbon)** We are expanding our team with a **Portuguese Sign Language (PSL) Specialist**, dedicated to promoting inclusion and accessibility in customer service. We seek professionals with a strong service orientation, empathy, and motivation to work directly with deaf and deafblind individuals. **Responsibilities** * Translate and interpret between Portuguese Sign Language (PSL) and Portuguese (spoken and written); * Apply interpretation, translation, and back-translation techniques; * Provide inclusive, high-quality support to deaf and deafblind individuals; * Use digital customer service platforms, video calls, and support systems; * Coordinate with public bodies and services to ensure appropriate technical conditions for service delivery; * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize and continuously improve service quality. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Sign Language (PSL) Translation and Interpretation; * Proven professional experience in PSL–Portuguese translation and interpretation; * Proficiency in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT); * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to adapt to diverse audiences; * Strong commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and public service; * Adaptability, continuous learning ability, and teamwork skills; * Preferred: Knowledge of other sign and/or spoken languages, including International Sign. **Offered Conditions** * Direct employment contract; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; * Integration into a dynamic, collaborative team focused on social mission; * Excellent opportunity for professional growth and skill development. **Application** If you are looking for an on-site challenge in Lisbon and are passionate about promoting accessibility and inclusive communication, send us your application and join us!
