Participation in diverse projects Architectural Technical Drafter We are seeking a Technical Drafter to join our team and collaborate on the development of single-family housing projects and renovations. Responsibilities: \- Preparation of architectural drawing documents; \- Development of floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details; \- Support in preparing licensing applications; \- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders; \- Updating and reviewing technical drawings. Requirements: \- Education in Technical Drawing, Architecture, or a related field; \- Proficiency in AutoCAD; \- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM is an advantage; \- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; \- Sense of responsibility and teamwork orientation.
