Noesis is seeking professionals with the following profile: **Responsibilities**: * Medium-complexity analytical models (regression, classification, clustering, machine learning on structured «at rest» data); * Code implementation (Python, R); * Autonomous development of GenAI-based applications (OpenAI, AI Search); * Autonomous development of Copilot solutions (Microsoft) (desirable). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar; * Up to 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist; * Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI or related fields; * Proven experience implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise environments; * Ability to optimize and manage GenAI models on cloud infrastructures; * Ability to lead teams and manage generative AI projects; * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; * Experience developing machine learning projects (Python, R or SAS), deploying models into production environments, and managing model lifecycles; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; * Critical analysis and problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools (valued); * Commitment to delivering high-quality outputs; * Language proficiency (written and spoken): English (mandatory B2), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued).
