Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor industrial machinery, feed production lines, control quality, and comply with safety standards in a factory environment. Cleaning and organization of the workstation We are looking for an immediate-start Machine Operator. Responsibilities: Operation and monitoring of industrial machinery; Feeding production lines; Quality control of the final product; Compliance with defined production plans; Cleaning and organization of the workstation; Compliance with safety and quality standards in a factory environment. Requirements: Previous experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the rubber industry); Minimum compulsory education level; Ability to learn and sense of responsibility; Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit; Availability to work shifts (if applicable); Physical robustness and resilience to factory work; Residence in Trofa or neighboring areas, including Santo Tirso, Maia, Famalicão, Ermesinde, Valongo, Vila do Conde, Porto, and surrounding regions.
