Are you?** **Your Responsibilities:** * Building solutions where the **backend communicates with the physical world — not just browsers**, handling real-time states of machines and processes. * Developing and maintaining **backend systems** for industrial process automation and monitoring in production environments. * Creating and evolving services responsible for **integrating data among physical devices, operators, and enterprise systems.** * Working with **IoT-oriented architectures**, including asynchronous and real-time communication with industrial devices. * Implementing and maintaining **MQTT-based integrations** for sensor and equipment data collection, distribution, and processing. * Ensuring security, reliability, and fault tolerance **in systems directly impacting the operation of real machines and processes.** * Analyzing and enhancing existing solutions, focusing on efficiency, robustness, and scalability. * Collaborating with product and engineering teams on **R\&D projects**, transforming complex technical requirements into solid software solutions. * **Actively participating in technical decisions** and continuously improving the backend architecture. **Who You Are:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of Node.js and SQL databases. * Experience with MQTT or other asynchronous communication models is a plus. * Experience with Git/GitHub and version control. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Knowledge of React (to better collaborate with frontend teams) is an advantage. * Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of responsibility and effective time management. * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with ease collaborating across different departments. **What We Offer:** * A career path offering personal and professional growth opportunities * A great working environment with a team deeply knowledgeable about technology * An inclusive company experiencing rapid growth * A competitive salary aligned with your experience level * Birth bonus upon the arrival of a child * Profit-sharing scheme * Discounts and other benefits from the José Pimenta Marques Group If you identify with us and believe you match the profile described above, please submit your application via the form below or by email, quoting reference BM\-BD\-2026 in the subject line, to: \.
