Main Responsibilities: Providing personalized customer service and assistance, addressing customers' needs while meeting the quality-of-service standards and excellence upheld by our brand. Customer follow-up and retention; Supporting the store’s daily operational management, among other duties. The Candidate We Seek: More than 3 years of professional experience; Completion of secondary education (12th grade), ongoing university studies, or a bachelor’s degree; Availability to work rotating shifts; Language skills (English proficiency required); Excellent communication skills; Customer-oriented mindset; Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Good organizational ability, sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy; Empathetic and communicative profile; Immediate and full availability.
