After 4 months of operation, we are renewing our team to find dynamic professionals who wish to grow with us. **Important Note:** At Duna Kebab, there are no fixed positions. We are a small team where **full versatility** is mandatory. We seek someone eager to learn all areas of the business and unafraid to "roll up their sleeves" for any task. **Job Description: Here, everyone does everything** The ideal candidate must be agile and capable of constantly switching between roles: * **Kitchen and Preparation:** Knife skills for **fast and precise cutting** of vegetables and meats (marinating and daily skewer assembly). * **Customer Service and Operations:** Welcoming customers, order preparation, and counter service. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Rigorous maintenance of all spaces (kitchen and dining area). * **Pace Management:** Ability to maintain efficiency and quality under constant pressure in a dynamic environment. **Terms and Schedule** * **Salary:** **€1,050 Net** per month (total amount already includes the 12th-month portions of holiday, Christmas, and meal allowances). * *This is the base entry-level salary. Our policy is growth-oriented: salary increases according to performance and company growth.* * **Revolutionary Schedule:** **3.5 consecutive working days**, followed by **3.5 consecutive days off**. * **Contract:** 6-month contract (renewable), with long-term stability as a priority. * **Career Path:** Real opportunity for advancement to roles such as **Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Lead**. **Candidate Requirements** * **Technical Experience:** Solid experience in kitchen work (especially cutting agility) and high-volume restaurant operations. * **Languages:** Fluency in both **Portuguese and English** is mandatory to ensure excellence in customer service and operational agility at Duna Kebab.
