




Job Summary: We are looking for a middleware operations specialist to ensure the stability and operational excellence of WebSphere services, handle incidents, and contribute to modernization. Continuously optimize platform performance What You Will Do? * Ensure stability, support, and operational excellence of WebSphere services in production; * Handle incidents, perform runtime problem resolution, and manage restart and recovery activities; * Monitor systems, analyze alerts, and execute standard changes; * Support patch application processes and application lifecycle management activities; * Strengthen the middleware support team by contributing senior operational mindset and specialized knowledge; * Contribute to modernization and migration of WebSphere Application Server environments to Liberty in a financial context; * Optimize platform performance through monitoring, server resource analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We Are Looking For? * More than 5 years of experience in middleware operations, application server support, or production support; * Proven experience administering IBM WebSphere Application Server; * Prior experience in migrating from WebSphere ND/Base to Liberty – Mandatory; * Solid experience in monitoring, incident management, problem resolution, and service restoration; * Proficiency in Linux/Unix, basic JVM knowledge, log analysis, and topics related to application server runtime; * Experience with deployment/orchestration tools (e.g., XL Deploy, XL Release) and Ansible for operational automation; * Good knowledge of shell scripting and Python; * Ability to work independently on complex Level 2/3 support cases in critical environments; * Practical experience in platform performance optimization and stability improvement; * Fluency in English – Mandatory.
