Summary: This role involves researching ingredient trends, contributing to product development, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance within the food supplement market. Highlights: 1. Support private label projects from concept to formulation ROLE: \-Research ingredient trends and sourcing innovations within the food supplement market \-Contribute to product development through ingredient analysis and raw material evaluation \-Identify and manage suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency \-Coordinate supplier negotiations, including technical documentation, sampling and commercial agreements \-Support private label projects from concept development to approved formulation \-Work alongside Quality and Regulatory teams to guarantee compliance with relevant standards \-Maintain accurate records of supplier data, ingredients and formulation progress QUALIFICATIONS: \-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline \-Strong understanding of supplement formulation and ingredient functionality \-Familiarity with sourcing and development processes in the food or supplement industry \-Basic laboratory experience in testing and quality control \-Strong problem\-solving, analytical and organizational skills OFFER: \-Opportunity to influence innovation and consumer wellbeing \-Competitive salary based on experience \-Benefits including employee discounts, health insurance and gym membership On\-site position located in Cacém – Sintra Zumub is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.
