Where no two days are the same. **Your profile:** ----------------- * Strong background in power electronics, converter control, and grid‑integration engineering. * Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and model‑based control development. * Experience with grid‑compliance testing, including FRT, reactive‑support, harmonic limits, and synchronization performance. * Strong understanding of PLL systems, dq0 transformations, sequence control, and converter‑grid dynamics. * Experience with weak‑grid challenges such as instability, resonance, and grid‑converter interactions. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------------------- * Hands‑on experience with real‑time simulators (Typhoon HIL, RTDS/RSCAD, dSPACE, OPAL‑RT). * Knowledge of converter compliance for wind, PV, battery storage, or hybrid microgrid applications. * Familiarity with impedance‑based stability analysis, harmonic compliance methods, and advanced controller design. * Understanding of the interplay between grid‑forming and grid‑following controls in weak grids. **What You’ll Love About Working Here:** ---------------------------------------- * Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment * Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work\-life balance * Hybrid work * Your career growth is central to our mission.
