Use of computerized inventory and invoicing management tools Aquatlantis, an industrial company dedicated to manufacturing pet products **headquartered in Lordelo, Guimarães**, is seeking a **Warehouse Administrative Assistant** to strengthen its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and handling materials/goods; * Storing materials in the warehouse; * Preparing orders; * Using computerized invoicing and inventory management tools; * Entering product data into the system; * Issuing invoices and shipping/delivery notes; * Organizing the warehouse; **We are looking for candidates with:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade); * Experience in warehouse administrative functions (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications from an end-user perspective (Word, Excel, Outlook) \- mandatory; * Knowledge of Cegid Primavera invoicing software (preferred); * Ability to work effectively in a team; * English language skills; * Strong sense of responsibility and good organizational skills; * Immediate availability **We offer:** * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role; * Initial and ongoing training; * Integration into a dynamic team.
