Job Summary: We are seeking a BPM Solutions Consultant Programmer to optimize and automate processes, develop and maintain solutions, and support effort estimation in a dynamic and innovative environment. What It Means to Be a BPM Solutions Consultant Programmer: * Participate in the discovery and identification of processes eligible for optimization and/or automation * Develop automation/BPM projects, covering architecture, design, and implementation * Ensure preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of developed solutions * Support the effort estimation process for activities and/or projects * Ensure the proper operational functioning of production solutions * Embody the "Ser Caetano" values in daily work.
