You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the facilities, coordinating essential services and maintenance teams, and promoting a safe, organized, and functional work environment. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Managing the physical site, ensuring its organization, cleanliness, functionality, and safety. * Coordinating access for employees, service providers, and visitors. * Managing contracts and relationships with external suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, among others). * Monitoring and supervising utility services such as water, electricity, climate control, meals, and communications. * Organizing workspaces, common areas, and technical zones, ensuring comfort and productivity. * Supervising construction, renovations, and maintenance interventions, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. * Coordinating communication and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, including owners, architects, and specialized suppliers. * Leading the internal maintenance team, ensuring daily task management and rapid response to incidents. * Planning, setting up, and maintaining on-site support infrastructure and offices. * Preparing and presenting regular reports on site progress to the leadership team. * Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations regarding safety, hygiene, health, and well-being in the workplace. * **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of building maintenance, facility management, and safety. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, Odoo, and Google). * Degree in Engineering, Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations is valued, including legal foundations. * Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English—C2 level (oral and written). * **What we offer you:** * We offer an excellent working environment and the opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary aligned with proven experience; * Daily transportation from the center of Leiria to Tekever's facilities.
