If you enjoy working on construction sites and in factories, assembling structures, and wish to be part of an innovative modular construction project, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Assemble and install metal structures according to project specifications and technical requirements; \- Prepare, align, and secure metal components; \- Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements; \- Correctly operate machinery, tools, and equipment required for assembly; \- Verify compliance and quality of completed work; \- Perform other tasks compatible with the role when requested; \- Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) best practices. **Profile / Requirements:** \- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in metal structure assembly; \- Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; \- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment; \- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; \- Strong sense of responsibility, precision, attention to detail, and autonomy; \- Good communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork orientation; \- Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset; \- Driver’s license (preferred); \- Valid Citizen Card or Residence Permit (mandatory); \- Residence in Caldas da Rainha or nearby municipalities (preferred). **Work Location:** Caldas da Rainha – 100% On-site. **We Offer:** \- Direct employment contract with a company within a rapidly growing group; \- Job stability and a positive work environment; \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; \- Opportunities for advancement and growth within the SMT Group; \- Immediate start.
