The Barros & Moreira Group, headquartered in the municipality of Óbidos, is seeking to recruit:
**Administrative Secretary**
Key responsibilities include:
\- Calendar management and direct support to the CEO;
\- Answering and managing telephone calls, emails, and other in-person contacts;
\- Scheduling meetings, including preparation and management of mailing lists and meeting notices;
\- Drafting documents using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
\- Preparing various types of official documents;
\- Booking travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips;
\- Maintaining organized archives related to administrative matters and executive support.
**Requirements:**
\- Proven experience in administration, secretarial roles, or related fields;
\- Strong organizational skills and ability to respond promptly to tasks;
\- Written and spoken English proficiency at independent user level (mandatory); knowledge of another language is an asset;
\- High attention to detail and accuracy;
\- Autonomous, proactive, and resilient attitude;
\- Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and motivation for professional growth;
\- Valid driver's license (preferred);
\- Residence in the West Region or nearby locations (preferred);
