BRISA Autoestradas, with our support, is recruiting a Patrol Operator to join its Road Assistance Team at the AEA (Torres Vedras) Tornada outpost.   FUNCTION: Ensure safety and traffic flow on infrastructure by providing patrol and assistance services to customers (general support and emergency assistance); Respond to customer emergencies and requests in coordination with the Operational Coordination Center (OCC), ensuring efficient and high-quality service; Detect and identify traffic anomalies and report them appropriately to the OCC; Cooperate with external entities (police, fire department, civil protection) in handling traffic anomalies.     PROFILE:  • Completion of 12th grade (Level III), mandatory;  • Experience in operational roles;  • Knowledge in automotive mechanics and electricity is a preferred qualification;  • Portuguese driving license; holding a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) articulated license is preferred;  • Sense of responsibility and mission;  • Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal skills;  • Customer-oriented mindset;  • Availability to work rotating shifts.    OFFERED: Competitive remuneration and benefits commensurate with the role, with the opportunity to join a growing Group offering strong career prospects.
