




Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Assistant to provide administrative support to the finance department, manage bank accounts, optimize cash flows, and analyze current accounts. We are looking for a **Finance Assistant** for our **Finance and Risk Management** department, to join our local team based in **Maia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide administrative support across the entire finance area, ensuring policies, procedures, and activities are executed correctly, effectively, and within defined deadlines; * Validate and maintain stakeholders’ banking data in the ERP system, in compliance with internal policy; * Create and maintain bank accounts, as well as manage respective NetBanco access; * Execute all financial tasks, including receipts, payments, treasury operations, banking documentation, and compliance, among others; * Prepare and monitor treasury position and forecasts, contributing to efficient cash flow management; * Analyze customer and supplier current accounts, maintaining regular contact with them; * Support the implementation of operational improvements and contribute to financial reporting. **PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or related field (provided it is compatible with the role); * Good command of English (spoken, written, and comprehension) – mandatory requirement; * Advanced technical knowledge of MS Office tools; * Proactivity, teamwork spirit, and results orientation.
