Licensing Technician Responsibilities Support the preparation, organization, and submission of licensing applications to competent authorities; Monitor application progress, ensuring compliance with established deadlines; Collect, analyze, and organize all documentation required for licensing processes; Collaborate with internal teams, architectural and engineering offices, and other external partners; Support contact with Municipal Councils and other public entities; Ensure updating and organization of technical and administrative documentation; Support analysis of legislation and regulations applicable to various projects; Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
