Opportunities for talent development and professional growth Continental is recruiting a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join the Data & Customer Solutions IT team in Ribeirão, with a flexible working model. Continental is a tire manufacturer and industrial specialist that develops and produces sustainable, safe, and convenient solutions for automotive manufacturers, industrial customers, and end consumers worldwide. This role combines Salesforce development, DevOps, and release management, focusing on designing, implementing, and supporting scalable solutions for a global customer relationship management platform. **Responsibilities:** Define and drive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation; Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and declarative configuration; Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI, validation deployments, automated testing, and quality gates; Define environment and branching strategies; Manage release governance, approvals, and rollback/hotfix procedures; Support end-to-end delivery—from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and production stabilization; Resolve deployment and application issues, including metadata dependencies, test failures, integration errors, permission issues, and environment inconsistencies; Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and product teams; Translate requirements into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification; Several years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering; Practical experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration; Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI; Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts, including metadata, environments, Apex tests, dependencies, and rollback procedures; Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python; Experience with quality controls such as automated testing, static analysis, and pull request policies; Knowledge of authentication and secret management; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; Professional English proficiency; Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time. **Offer:** Join a global IT team distributed across 4 countries; Participate in technology innovation projects for global sales and marketing teams; Integrate into a challenging and international work environment; Flexible working model; Agile and collaborative work style; Continuous opportunities for talent development and training; Potential for internal growth and mobility within the organization. **Equal Opportunity:** Continental is committed to fostering a workplace where all individuals feel safe, respected, and valued.
