Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Technician to monitor the production line and ensure product compliance within the Quality Department. Key Highlights: 1. This Quality Technician (m/f/d) opportunity will be integrated into the Quality Department. **Job Description** * Monitor the production line, with expected 100% presence on the assembly line, aligned with the Prototypes and Pre-Series team; * Perform quality checks along the production line; * Conduct non-conformity analyses and follow-up actions; * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Procurement & Logistics teams throughout the BEN product development; * Conduct product audits. **Qualifications** * Technical-professional degree in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or similar; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the automotive/industrial sector; * Knowledge of Quality Audits; * Knowledge of dimensional tolerances; * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard; * Knowledge of Control Plans; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Problem-solving ability; * Teamwork skills; * Strong interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Information** * Relaxed working environment with dynamic and multidisciplinary teams. * We facilitate and promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, harmonizing work with personal life. * Health insurance. * Partnerships with gyms, Nutrium, and others. * Up to three additional vacation days. * Birthday leave day.
