Crucial support for the guest's first and last impression The **Driver / Bellboy** ensures warm and efficient guest reception, safe transportation of guests and luggage, as well as support for front office and hotel operations. They directly contribute to the guest's first and last impression. **Key Responsibilities** * **Guest Reception** — Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage unloading, and escort them to the lobby or their room. * **Guest Transportation** — Drive hotel vehicles safely and professionally, ensuring comfort and punctuality. * **Luggage Management** — Tag, store, and deliver luggage in an organized and secure manner. * **Front Office Support** — Collaborate with the team on operational tasks, including small errands, internal deliveries, and logistical support. * **Valet Parking** — Park and maneuver guests' vehicles responsibly and carefully. * **Guest Information** — Provide directions regarding the hotel, services, operating hours, and points of interest in the city. * **Compliance with Standards** — Ensure adherence to internal policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. **Candidate Profile** * Experience in similar roles (preferred). * Valid driver's license and a good driving record. * Excellent appearance and communication skills. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. * Proactivity, friendliness, and strong customer orientation. * Physical ability to handle luggage.
