




Job Summary: We are seeking a Weaver to monitor looms, intervene in incidents, perform visual inspection of fabrics, and record production data—ensuring continuity and quality of the production process. Today it employs over 750 qualified professionals and operates a modern industrial park in Guimarães, enabling rapid response to market demands. As part of strengthening our Weaving team, we are looking to hire a Weaver to monitor looms and contribute to the continuity, quality, and efficiency of the production process. Key Responsibilities: \- Monitor assigned looms to ensure uninterrupted production; \- Address simple weaving process incidents, such as broken yarns or weft faults; \- Perform visual inspection of produced fabric to identify potential defects or irregularities; \- Record output quantities, machine stoppages, and relevant incidents associated with looms; \- Report to supervisors any situations that may affect quality, safety, or normal production operations. Required Profile: \- Industrial experience will be valued; \- Experience or knowledge in weaving will be considered an advantage; \- Attention to detail and quality orientation; \- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment; \- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in operational contexts; \- Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies for the role; \- Availability for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) — mandatory.
