Participation in technological projects and technical support #### **About the Role: Telematics Coordinator** **Telematics Coordinator** ============================= Ensure the installation, operation, maintenance, and evolution of road telematics systems and associated infrastructure, guaranteeing system availability and compliance with contractually defined service levels. **Main Responsibilities** ============================== **Telematics Systems Management** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for systems and equipment. * Ensure the operation and evolution of road telematics systems and operational support systems. * Guarantee maintenance of associated electrical infrastructure. * Manage system inventory and technical documentation. * Monitor performance indicators, availability, and SLA compliance. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements. **Monitoring and Incident Resolution** * Analyze alarm data and operational data. * Diagnose and resolve technical anomalies. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure system continuity and reliability. **Service Provider Management** * Supervise and control activities performed by external service providers. * Validate technical interventions and service level compliance. **Technical Support and Projects** * Define technical requirements for new systems or improvements. * Prepare technical and cost\-benefit analyses. * Participate in the implementation of new technological projects. * Support the preparation and control of the Systems Department budget. ### **Requirements** **Education** * Technical\-vocational education in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechatronics. **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years in similar roles. * Experience in maintenance of road telematics systems and electrical installations. * Experience in highway concessions is an advantage. **Technical Knowledge (advantageous)** * Computer networks (Ethernet, LAN). * Data communication (TCP/IP). * Routers and structured cabling. **Certifications** * Certifications in telematics systems or ITS technologies are advantageous. **Languages** * Fluent Portuguese. * Advanced English.
