We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Switch Agent to join an innovative company in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for the administrative and operational execution of the switch process. If you enjoy working in a dynamic team within a growing industry and want to contribute to a more sustainable future, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- End-to-end management and validation of switch processes; \- Prompt and effective resolution of blocks and incidents; \- Suggestion and implementation of improvements; \- Communication with ORD, whenever necessary; \- Compliance with contractual and regulatory deadlines; \- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade); \- Experience managing complex administrative processes; \- Knowledge of the energy sector and regulatory processes (preferred); \- Experience/Knowledge of the OLMC tool (preferred); \- IT knowledge; \- Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; \- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. \- Immediate availability. **Offer:** \- Base salary: 928.58€ \- Meal allowance: 10\.20€ Type of contract: Full-time Payment: 928.58€ per month
