Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator (M/F) to operate industrial machinery, interpret manufacturing orders, and control product quality at PLASTROFA. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure good manufacturing practices and hygiene and safety standards PLASTROFA – Plásticos da Trofa, S.A., located in Trofa, specializes in the manufacturing and commercialization of flexible plastic packaging. We are recruiting new employees to join our team as **Production Operators (M/F).** **Responsibilities**: * Operate and ensure proper functioning of industrial machinery * Understand and interpret manufacturing orders * Follow work instructions * Achieve production targets * Control product quality * Perform production records * Ensure good manufacturing practices and compliance with workplace hygiene and safety standards * Other auxiliary tasks inherent to the role **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * Basic computer skills (user level) * Experience in an industrial/factory environment (preferred) * Availability to work fixed shifts (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) * Sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit * Punctuality and attendance reliability * Residence between the cities of Maia and Braga * Immediate availability **Conditions**: * Competitive remuneration commensurate with job requirements * Initial and ongoing training **Contact**: Please send your CV to rh@plastrofa.com with the subject line "Production Operator".
