Do you have experience as an Salesforce Loyalty Expert and are looking for a new challenge? Then this opportunity is for you! Position: Salesforce Loyalty Expert Location: Maia \| Hybrid – 2 to 3 times per month in the office Main responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and shape loyalty program ideas and objectives. * Translate business concepts into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and technical requirements. * Define loyalty program structures including tiers, points models, rewards, campaigns, promotions, and customer journeys. * Advise the business on Salesforce Loyalty Management best practices, limitations, and implementation approaches. * Support discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution brainstorming. * Create solution concepts, process flows, and implementation recommendations. Requirements: * 5\+ years of Salesforce experience. * Proven experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management solution design or implementation. * Strong experience in translating business requirements into Salesforce\-based customer loyalty solutions. * Experience leading discovery workshops and working with cross\-functional business stakeholders. * Experience in retail, travel, hospitality, telecom, or customer\-centric industries is preferred. * A successful Salesforce Loyalty Expert combines technical Salesforce expertise with customer engagement strategy experience. * The ideal candidate is customer\-focused, data\-driven, collaborative, and capable of delivering scalable loyalty solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
