Job Summary: Hôma is seeking a Senior Designer to strengthen the Marketing team, ensuring delivery of visual solutions aligned with the brand strategy and objectives. Key Highlights: 1. To enhance this strategy, we will strengthen the Marketing team by integrating a **Senior** **Designer**. **Mission:** Ensure delivery of defined visual solutions in accordance with the brand strategy and objectives. **Your day-to-day responsibilities…** * Supervise design activities and coordinate the team, including on-the-job training and onboarding of new members; * Monitor the team’s project development to ensure alignment with hôma’s strategy, objectives, and defined planning; * Define the team’s weekly workload distribution and support (re)defining priorities; * Manage and contract suppliers/partners within your scope of responsibility (e.g., photographers, videographers, producers); * Develop creative design work and communication materials consistent with hôma’s strategy and defined communication plan; * Stay updated on market trends and innovations in your field, incorporating them as needed into ongoing activities. **What we value in your profile…** * Higher education degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field; * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * Strong project management and priority-organization skills; * Good command of English; * Proficiency in Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; * Experience in video editing; * Experience in photography and image capture.
