Monitoring and evaluation of delivery and fleet profitability Global Purpose of the Role: Ensure efficient and effective management of logistics resources to guarantee effective and efficient delivery of SAFVs to customers, as requested by them. Logistics Resources Planning \- Annual logistics resources planning based on logistics needs arising from the company's sales objectives. Delivery Planning \- Analysis of execution manifests. \- Route planning. \- Preparation of load maps. \- Distribution of load maps across various departments. Ensuring Optimization of International Cargo Loads \- Organization of international cargo loads. \- Ensuring international loading and distribution. Management, Control, and Monitoring of Services \- Supervision of all logistics processes. \- Reassigning staff to other tasks when necessary. \- Monitoring and evaluating vehicle dispatch effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability. Monitoring and Evaluating Deliveries \- Verification of service sheets. \- Measuring delivery profitability against assumptions embedded in the sales calculation value. \- Periodically reporting results of delivery monitoring and evaluation, implementing necessary corrective measures. Warehouse Control and Management \- Supervising warehouse organization and management. Fleet Maintenance Management \- Ensuring planning of vehicle and equipment maintenance.
