Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will contribute to Environmental, Health \& Safety projects with a strong focus on data analytics, digitalization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enhance decision\-making, reporting efficiency, and process excellence, while collaborating with an international team shaping Infineon’s path to be a role model in sustainability. * **Environmental, Health \& Safety:** Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Global Environmental, Health \& Safety Management System, by assisting in the preparation and analysis of data related to EHS performance indicators * **Project Implementation:** Support the implementation of projects related to EHS * **Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting:** Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze EHS\-related data from various sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision\-making * **Digitalization / Automation:** Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reporting activities * **AI Approach:** Assist in developing AI\-driven approaches for data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, and process optimization Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You demonstrate high\-quality standards for your work and are enthusiastic about Sustainability. You have great communication skills and a structured and systematic working style, while being pragmatic and analytic. * **Educational Background:** A degree in Environmental Protection, Environmental Science, Data Sciences (with a focus on EHS) or a Science field * **Experience:** Previous contact with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 would be a plus * **Data Analysis Skills:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * **Digitalization and Automation:** Interest and knowledge in process automation and digitalization (mandatory) and AI technologies would be a plus * **Tools:** Very good knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken Please apply with your **CV in English** so we can get to know you better. \#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
