Backed by top\-tier investors and loved by tens of thousands of customers, we’re now entering a new phase of growth: **scaling international retail and export through partners**. **The Role** We’re looking for an **execution\-driven Retail Sales Manager \& Export** to help us scale Barkyn internationally through distributors, brokers, and sales agencies. This is a **hands\-on commercial role**, focused on building partnerships, opening retail doors, and turning strategy into real execution across markets. You will work closely with leadership, trade marketing, and operations to ensure our products land on shelves and perform. This is not a pure strategy role. It’s for someone ready to **roll up their sleeves**, manage partners, and drive results. **What you’ll do** * Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, brokers, and sales agencies. * Drive retail expansion across multiple markets, with a strong focus on export and partner\-led sales. * Own relationships with partners, ensuring clear expectations, follow\-ups, and execution on the ground. * Support retail rollouts by coordinating trade marketing and operations. * Track performance by market and partner, focusing on doors opened, velocity, and reorders. * Act as the commercial point of contact between Barkyn and international retail partners. * Continuously improve our go\-to\-market execution based on learnings from the field. **What we’re looking for** **Cultural traits (must\-have):** * Hands\-on, proactive, and execution\-focused — you like making things happen, not just talking about them. * Organized and structured, comfortable managing multiple partners and markets at once. * Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results. **Background:** * 1–5 years of experience in international sales, export, retail, or channel/partner sales. * Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, brokers, or sales agents. * Exposure to FMCG, food, pet, consumer goods, or similar industries. * Comfortable operating across different countries and cultures. * Strong communication skills in English.
